I am a new customer and tried out their platform, but I ended up getting scammed out of my real funds by a deceptive bonus system. I received a small bonus from free spins. When it was almost entirely gone—leaving only about 40 to 60 cents behind—I decided to cancel the bonus so I could play other unrestricted games.Instead of just clearing out the leftover bonus, the platform deducted $10 of my actual deposited money. When I contacted live support to get my money back, the agents hid behind ridiculous terms, claiming that canceling a bonus before meeting impossible wagering requirements means they can penalize you and take your real cash.It is completely predatory and scummy practice to hand out a bonus, let you lose it, and then penalize your main deposit. Support refused to fix it and blamed "technical limitations." Save your money and stay far away from this site unless you want your real deposits stolen by sneaky fine print. These companies already make so much from an edge ( free money ) them stealing extra on top while disguising it as a promotion is CRAZY , if you win a big amount , i would NEVER TRUST a company like this... STAY AWAY!
