Hello. I played in casino Betamo and won but they don’t want to pay out. They said that I have a second account and broke their rules. I don’t know from the another account and I asked to send me an evidence from the second account but they rejected. I paid without using any bonus. I contacted them through mails but they don’t want to pay. I don’t what I can do. I hope you can help me. This is screenshot about my winning. I read a lot online about such problems. That somebody uses more accounts to get the bonus. But I played fair and did not take advantages from any bonus gifts. Hope getting from you support. Sincerely

Dear The Pogg Team, i deposited 150 euros at the BETAMO casino and the bonus enabled me to play with 300 euros. I implemented the bonus condition and earned over 3700 euros. Then I played for two more days until I wanted to withdraw the amount of 3000 euros. I received an email that I violated the bonus terms. After I requested a history of my bets, they sent a history of all the bets in each game. According to them, I played for 2 minutes at a stake of 6 euros, although I wasn't aware of this. According to the bonus conditions, I can only bet a maximum of 5 euros. Apart from that, my balance on November 14, 2020 at 02:42 a.m. was 1978 euros, then I probably accidentally played for 2 minutes with 6 euros stake until 02:44 a.m. Then my credit was 1801 euros. With the 6 Euro bet I even made a loss of 177 Euro. I then played for several hours and met the bonus condition. Apart from this one time when I was briefly above the 5 euro stake, I never exceeded the amount. After successfully completing the bonus, I then played for another 2 days. Now I wanted to have 3000 euros paid out to me on November 16, 2020, but there were completely confiscated due to the violation. I don't think that's fair, because I didn't have any advantage and even made a loss of 177 euros with 6 Euro pro Round. It is not proportionate to confiscate 3,000 euros for this, as I did not benefit from it either In the game, after 4 euros I immediately get 6 euros, which I only noticed after playing for 2 minutes. So I accidentally played at 6 euros for 2 minutes. Maybe I wanted to go up from 4 to 5 euros, but in the game "Gold Vain", after a stake of 4 euros, 6 euros come straight away. I didn't notice that straight away. I explain that to the casino but they didn't help me. I also wrote to the Malta Gaming Authority and they told me that you could help me. So I ask for your help.

on September 21, I made a deposit which was accepted. I managed to win PLN 7,500. I tried to withdraw, but I did not have any verification documents added and accepted. on the menu day all documents were sent and accepted. but the casino still refused to withdraw, this time I wanted to pay 6,000 PLN. when I tried to contact me, I was told that I have a second account, which is an absolute lie. after attempts to contact me, the staff started to be unpleasant informing me that it was up to the management board. all of a sudden the winnings have completely disappeared from my account and I have been informed that the account will be closed completely. Betamo let me play even thou I was self excluded on other licens-related casino sites. They deny me a refund telling me that they blocked me when I told them about my gambling addiction. Oh well, thats simply not good enough. Their license claerly says that a player that are self excluded on another license-related casino site, should not be allowed to register and play at other license-releated casino sites. I have read your terms and conditions and the casino is correct to confiscate winnings if there has been a deposit with a third party payment. But my big point is that I did other payments from my own account and, AFTER the payment from my fathers creditcard, and with those deposits I made my winnings. So there is no legal base to confiscate all my winnings. Because they are not related to the payment with my fathers credit card. On June 1, 2020, in the presence of my father, I tried to deposit € 287 into my Betamo account through my own bank account. That did not work due to a failure at my own bank (Rabobank Netherlands) My father offered to use his credit card. I have accepted this offer and there was paid 287€ (01/06/20 15:11:46) with my fathers credit card into my Betamo account. 1 minute later the outage at my own bank was fixed and I paid another 287€ (01/06/20 15:12:58) Within one hour, because I had no luck, these two deposits were close to used. Therefore I made another deposit of 87 € (01/06/20 16:12:32) from my own bank account to my Betamo account. The next day I had won some money and wanted to cash out money. this did not work because my documents were not validated. I then submitted all the documents. I even send the front and backside of my fathers creditcard, again with his permission. After a whole day of sending documents the casino, the question finally arose how it was possible that on the credit card I used [EDIT] was written and not [EDIT]. You could have told me then immediately, at 02/06/20 because it is written in the terms and conditions so nobody of the management should have been involved. Since 05/06/20 I have send numerous mails with questions and points to reconsider. But till now I have never had a decent answer. You only refer to the casinos terms and conditions, but they are not applicable in this case. My suggestion is therefore to return half of the money you have confiscated from my Betamo account. I even think 100% is the honest. But because I also made a mistake, I’m so fair to accept 50%. This is close to 1850€. I really hope that no further legal action is necessary. Thanks in advance

Hi have uploaded documents of my identification it says I can use a government issuied identification which I used my 18 plus card they are saying it is not approved but it says on the website that they take government issuied identification along side passport and license

This casino is frustrating any withdrawal, by asking for more and more proof of identity or ownership of bankaccounts. This has been going on for 2 weeks and there are 10 documents already approved. Still the casino refruses any withdrawal by asking for more documents. Uploaded so far: Passport photo's, debit and creditcard photo's, bankaccount screenshots with name and IBAN number, proof of address through government letter. All documents are accepted, but is still not enough for them to accept the withdrawal.
