He had cooperated fully during the verification process but received vague reasons for the account closure relating to duplicate accounts, without any evidence being presented. The casino later provided evidence that the player had breached their Terms and Conditions by using a cryptocurrency wallet previously linked to another account, which constituted the use of third-party payment details. Based on this verified evidence, the complaint was rejected and the casino's decision to close the account and cancel the winnings was upheld. The player was advised to contact the relevant licensing authority if he wished to dispute the outcome further.

I withdrew 10,000 rupees on 26 april and today is 28 may still i did not get my money.i have called them more than 20 times and main them more than 10 times but they are always saying that u would get money within 24 hours. I have used these guys since 2019, before then I was using 1xbet, let me break why they are the worst. First their customer support is useless, they always have technical difficulties and all they say is be patient, I have had to wait for both deposits and withdrawal multiple times for 7 days.
