22Bet - Casino does not provide Deposit & Withdrawal statement

Hello, my account there is closed upon my request earlier this year. Now i requested a statement with my deposits and withdrawals for my overview. They declined it because they would never give such information. After reading their T&Cs i cannot find anything what prohibit them to send me my own personal data concerning the transactions. Is it correct, that i cannot request my data? Other casinos did it without any problems. I received exactly the same response with the rejection in stlye and content of a casino in my further complaint KR
