Hello, I am requesting help to recover my legitimate winnings totaling 11,061.77 MDL from 1win (Account ID: 343190981). The platform has wrongfully marked six winning parlay tickets as "lost" (Ticket IDs: 298247969, 298247914, 298247815, 298248022, 298248088, and 298261857). Support has been stalling for over a month, using speculative, AI-generated reasons to claim these bets lost based on a private event (Cristiano Ronaldo's wedding). Since this was a private event with no official, public confirmation or guest list, 1win has no official grounds or proof to declare these bets lost. In situations like this, when the bookmaker lacks any valid argument or concrete proof, they are obligated to pay out the winnings rather than arbitrarily withholding funds. According to fair gaming principles, an unverifiable event should be honored, not declared lost. I have attached screenshots proving the odds and potential winnings for all disputed tickets. Please assist me in recovering my full winnings of 11,061.77 MDL. Thank you. Disputed amount: 642.19$ Casino: 1Win Casino Case #: 4666
