1Win refuses to pay out winning bet – incorrect match data used
I placed a bet on 1win (Bet ID: 140341423) for "Yellow cards – Total Over 4.5" in the Tottenham – Manchester United match on May 21.The match had 7 yellow cards officially issued (at 35', 49', 58', 68', 84', 88', 90+2'). I even sent screenshots showing this.Support claimed only 3 cards were issued and refunded the bet, which is false. This is unacceptable and dishonest.I request the bet to be correctly settled and paid out based on the 1.46 odds. If this is not resolved, I will escalate further.
