Bally’s Intralot posts H1 revenue of €544.2 million as online division leads the way

Bally's Intralot reported revenue of €544.2 million for the first half of 2026. The Bally's International Interactive (BII) division — online operations in the UK and Spain — accounted for €377.6 million of that total. Group adjusted EBITDA reached €184.8 million, with BII contributing €132.8 million. On a pro forma basis for the twelve months ending 30 June, the company posted revenue of €1.06 billion and EBITDA of €399.9 million.

The UK delivered record NGR and 11.6% year-on-year growth in Q2 at constant currency. But the remote gaming duty rose from 21% to 40% on 1 April, costing €34 million in lost EBITDA in Q2 alone. Bally's Intralot offset around 65% of the hit through revenue growth and cost optimisation. EBITDA for the second quarter fell to €84.6 million from €100.2 million in Q1.

The legacy Intralot business declined: revenue in the legacy segment dropped to €166.5 million from €182 million a year earlier, and EBITDA fell 13.6% to €52.1 million. The main pressure came from B2B in the US, where revenue contracted 11.7% at constant currency due to weak lottery activity and lower equipment sales. B2C also slipped from €39.5 million to €38.5 million.

Net debt stood at €1.62 billion, putting the leverage ratio at 4.05x. The company called it 'temporarily elevated': in April it paid €85 million for a 15-year licence to monitor gaming machines in the Australian state of Victoria. On 5 June Bally's Intralot announced the acquisition of UK operator Evoke for £243.1 million — the deal awaits regulatory and shareholder approval, with a meeting scheduled for 17 August.
