Bally's Corp. reported revenue of $792.2m in Q2 2026, up 20.5% year-on-year. Casinos generated $401m (+2%), North America Interactive $66.1m (+16.9%), and international B2C (Bally's Intralot) grew 22%. Adjusted EBITDAR for casinos came in at $109.6m (+3.4%).
Casino revenue growth came from the temporary Chicago venue, properties in Quad Cities, and the landside moves of Bally's Baton Rouge and Bally's Marquette. Active player visits rose 4.3%. Competition in Atlantic City and East Saint Louis weighed on results.
UK tax and international B2C
The UK online gaming tax rate rose from 21% to 40% on 1 April 2026. Bally's offset around 65% of the negative impact ($39m on quarterly EBITDAR) through topline growth and cost cuts. UK revenue grew 11.6% in constant currency, Spain 15.1%. In July, UK growth accelerated to 13%.
Development pipeline
CEO Robeson Reeves noted progress on development projects: the permanent Chicago casino will open in early 2027, and the $4.0bn Bally's Bronx integrated resort is slated for 2030. The company paid $500m for the New York licence and $115m for the golf-course concession in Q1 2026. In August it signed a letter of intent with a potential equity investor for the project.
Bally's is awaiting regulatory clearance for the acquisition of evoke plc. North America Interactive is delivering segment-level profitability, with annualised revenue reaching $250m based on the current quarterly run rate.
