Visualize Group has closed its acquisition of eCOGRA, a provider of testing, certification and compliance services for regulated gaming. The deal, first announced on 30 June 2026, completed after regulatory approvals.
eCOGRA now joins BMM Testlabs, which Visualize acquired earlier this year. The combined platform holds licences and accreditations in over 800 jurisdictions — covering nearly every country with legal regulated gambling. That lets software suppliers enter new markets from day one.
Martin Storm, CEO of BMM Testlabs: "eCOGRA and BMM share a common goal — giving players, operators and regulators confidence in the reliability of the gaming ecosystem. The combination allows us to invest more in technology and capacity, deploy best practices and work together in an increasingly complex regulatory environment."
Will Shuckburgh, CEO of eCOGRA, added: "For over two decades, eCOGRA's mission has been to ensure players can trust the games and operators meet the highest compliance standards. The combination gives us the scale and resources to serve clients better — investing in people, technology and capacity."
C. C. Melvin Ike, founder and managing partner at Visualize: "Closing this deal is a step toward building a generational business in regulated gaming: a testing, inspection, certification and compliance platform covering online and land-based markets."
BMM and eCOGRA leadership will appear together for the first time at G2E in Las Vegas and SBC Summit in Lisbon this week.
