Visualize Group has closed its acquisition of eCOGRA. The deal, announced 30 June 2026, completed after regulatory approvals.
eCOGRA joins BMM Testlabs, which Visualize acquired earlier this year. Together BMM and eCOGRA hold licences and accreditations in over 800 jurisdictions, covering nearly all regulated gaming markets. That allows suppliers to enter new regulated markets from day one.
The closing coincided with G2E in Las Vegas and SBC Summit in Lisbon. BMM and eCOGRA executives appeared jointly at both events, meeting clients, suppliers and regulators.
Martin Storm, CEO of BMM Testlabs, said the shared goal is to give players, operators and regulators confidence in the gaming ecosystem. The combined entity will invest in technology and help clients navigate increasingly complex regulation.
Will Shuckburgh, CEO of eCOGRA, said the company has spent over twenty years ensuring players can trust games and operators meet high standards. The combination provides additional scale, expertise and resources for client service.
C. C. Melvin Ike, founder and managing partner of Visualize, called the closing a step toward building a testing, certification and compliance platform spanning digital and land-based gaming.
