i deposit and i find out they doesnt have betting on their site. ( my fault ) i try to withdraw and they says they want me to verify my with id of name and then my adress from a bill 3 month old? i try to explain i doesnt get bills with post sent and its hard for me to show anything with my adress on except for ids or that my adress is visible on my bank account. And after some chat in the live section they banned me i cant log on. i am still waiting for them to reply and send me back my 1.000 euro

I even contacted live chat, and they told me it could be corrected. Despite this, they still closed my account and refused to pay.My deposit came from my real bank account under my correct name, proving I was not trying to cheat. PlayAmo’s inconsistent and unfair treatment shows just look for excuses to avoid paying winners.

This casino is blacklisted on many platforms for exactly this type of predatory behavior. They accept deposits easily but refuse to pay out legitimate winnings.Publicly, they pretend to be “deeply concerned” about complaints. Anytime I’ve tried to withdraw they ask to verify everything again.I’ve done this 2-3 times now which was very annoying. Latest time they refused to pay and confiscated my winnings because they said I better over $8AUD, I could only find where I betted at $7AUD.I’d stay away from this company. Finally playamo approved my withdrawal after six days rejected. When it's approved it's only took two days to get into your bank account if you use bank transfer.

I won $3,500. A huge win. So, I went to withdraw it and it was rejected. Their customer service told me to upload the required personal documents and that should fix the rejection. I did. It was rejected again. I asked my VIP client relations employee about the matter and they said rejected again because now the 'new issue' is somehow I had two accounts. One in gmail.com and the other in "gmal.com". What is gmal???? Now they tell me it's my fault for not reading their terms and conditions which say double accounts are prohibited - they proceeded to rejected my withdrawal and disabled my account!! It's got scam written all over it. At this point, they stole my money and my win. I would stay away from this site.

I won money on free spins they awarded me , it told me I had to spent a certain amount to have a withdrawal. I got their 10 .20 free spins up to 22$ then upped my bet and went to 130, slowly inclined to roughly a thousand dollars. Dont listen to the bot reviews. First hand, real human experience. I WOULD NOT recommend this casino. They hold your winnings ransom and get you to confirm your bank everytime you win. Stay far away from these scammers. Deposited straight away with my card. When I tried to withdraw they showed there true colours. Tried to withdraw the money back through the card I deposited with about 7 or 8 times, contacted customer service, they said try bank transfer,tried this for few days,no chance what so ever. I was getting an email withdrawal cancelled by user,which is me. Totally scammers. How these lowlfe are allowed to operate is mind blowing. All my documents was verified,so no problem there.
