Anybody knows how to withdraw without their "source of funds" process? Please leave a review on how you did it. The amount of documents needed is absurd, how is this allowed?

I am a refugee from Ukraine and I really need any funds. I was sure that the funds (1,700 euros) that I have in my pinnacle account (account number DP1693367) are securely protected and I will be able to withdraw them at any time. I haven't logged into my account for almost a year, but then it turned out that it was blocked. I asked what the reason was, and they just said they were following their rules, and they blocked my account and refused to refund my funds. To all my requests to clarify what I have violated, they simply say that they follow their own rules, according to which they can block the account and withdraw funds from it. Never, do you hear - never play in this rotten bookmaker. I am now left without funds in a difficult life situation because of these cheaters!!!

Been with Pinnacle for 20+ years... deposited 8k and they asked for "source of funds" documents. Begrudgingly I shared my bank statement. That wasn't good enough. They asked for my dad's bank statements bc he sent me money that month (i sold him some usd for cad). I said no and they closed my account!!!! Absolutely zero customer service, at no point did I ever feel like I was talking to a human, just automatic responses.... I offered to show another bank account to clear everything up, they wouldn't even look. Said I'm not "entitled" to a Pinnacle account.

The support team was unhelpful and prematurely ended the chat session without resolving the issue.

They don't even deserve a rating of 1. After the expiration of the personal conclusions, they checked my account and asked for a bunch of documents from the company I work for, payslips, turnover on the account in the former bank, current bank, credit card statements, loans, turnover on the Skrill account.All this lasted for 2 months. I lost my patience and gave up.If I had taken tens of thousands of euros from them, maybe he would even understand. Given that I was leaving them money, there is really no explanation for their way of doing business. This is unheard of in my 20-year long online betting career.Pinnacle=IRS=FBI=CIA

Update: 6 months I still haven't gotten my account verified, tons of documents needed but nothing can satisfy them.I used over 20 sportsbooks and this is simply the worst. Anybody know how to get through verification and get your money out? They keep asking for different documents which have nothing to do with them. They saw a transaction from my broker account and ask for the my broker statement, then they saw a deposit from my Cash app account to my broker, then they ask for the Cash app statement. This goes on forever, IRS wouldn't ask that many questions.

If your account has more then 10K in it they will lock you out and demand KYC Source of Declaration forms and proof of income. Even when you provide them everything they will not respond to you. Been weeks since they sent me an email and after providing everything they will not unblock account, no replies to emails, no communication. Forced to involve the IGaming Ontario Regulatory board including the Police.

They will never let you withdraw money if you are winning, you will go through an endless requirements of statements and other informations just for them to not accept anything, it has been over 2 months and I'm still to receive my winnings

Pinnacle has changed . I’ve been using them for 8 years and did verify at beginning with address and photo id which is fine and then a couple years later . Now they want bank statements and paystubs and more stuff than a credit card company . They have either turned into a scam or something . My bank information and job title is none of their business. And they all ways review wagers and I’ve noticed they say bet is void . Better books out there that have sharp odds

Simply the worst company ever!Never play there or add money, they will hit u up very hard with some stupid rules. letting u to deposit and then the verifciation start which is almost impossible to get verified. the amount of min withdraws are insane. expect they have 3x Roller.. like common?Their support is terriable. The most negative experience i had in my life so far.

Been waiting almost a year for a voucher due to this company missing an appointment at my address. Customer service, in particular, Laura Harwood has been very unhelpful in my complaints on email. I would never run out of complaints about this company.

Beware! They manipulate the match scores and odds. Delay these odds and still allows you to bet. Very misleading you have to wager your deposit X3 and I'm not talking a bonus. They make it difficult to use live chat and in the live chat any issue you have they will tell u speak via email. Fairly fast cashout but it is hard to win on the books when they freeze the match score whether it's basketball or soccer soon as your bet is placed. I had to go on bet365 to see the live feed. Even after refreshing and changing browser it will stay frozen. And LASTLY NO CASHOUT OPTION. 0 on any bets they claim to be around for 25 years and is far behind don't fall for those marketing site putting this in top ten. Run If it wasn't for my experience I wouldn't lost my entire wager or gave up. They also charge a fee for every withdrawal. Literally anything to take money away from us. Stay away. They are currently investigating the incorrect match data ony end. Screen record the moment u place your bet and keep documentation. Class action suit pending

Scameres, once you try to withdraw money or start winning they start asking for a infinite amount of documents with a very slow response time, avoid them at all costs

Pinnacle posted an incorrect score of a tennis match and odds that match the incorrect score. Me trusting that it was correct, placed a bet on the match. It said rejected (in red), which I then expected the funds to be returned to my account, but instead it accepted the bet at the true odds from the real score without asking me if I would accept these new odds. It put my money on a wager that was hugely disadvantageous to me. I contacted them to review it and refund my bet as it was rejected, and if it wasn't going to be rejected although it said it was then they needed to ask me to approve the true and current odds as I made sure that the option in my settings was checked to always need approval for new odds. They emailed back saying taking the bets is up to their discretion and ignored me afterward.Pinnacle can be a fraudulent company at times.

Worst company on the planet. The customer service is beyond a joke. Don't know how the armed forces are allowing this company to be in charge of our housing scheme. It's an embarrassment to the forces. Shame on pinnacle and shame on the army for doing nothing about it.
