Just got locked out my account and they took the entire balance and won't give it back until I "log in and and fix it" says their BS ai email replies. As soon as you win a bet, and make money, they will lock you out of your account. DO NOT EVER use or trust Bet365

Everything was great for month's. Then yesterday my account was completely changed. Can't put any parlay bets together. Only allowed to bet one game at a time. I changed nothing. Contacted Bet365 customer service online. Told me I need to verify. Told them,that was done month's ago. No help,no answers,no change with my issues. Now,I can't even sign in,without receiving a code txt to me,everytime I sign in. Complete joke of a company. No customer service at all. Because they don't care. BEWARE BET365

Terrible site, let's you spend money then tells you they did a credit check on you, and have to limit your account, happy to take your money in the first place, never experienced anything like it.....half the games and site doesn't even work properly!!!!

I was with bet365 about a year,lost a fortune,then 1 night I won,now they say when you transfer money into your account it can take 4 hour unless it’s the weekend,it can sometimes take longer,well it was a Thursday night,transferred my winnings back into my account 12 hours later not there,so I messaged them,and they restricted my account

Took a break a few years ago and really enjoyed the website but now it’s disgusting! The slots are 100% rigged. You never win bigger than you spend! I will close te account again!
