What uniswap-monitor-teneo does

All queries execute strictly via the local bash utility at ~/teneo-skill/teneo. Without this binary, the tool cannot run. The CLI implementation lives in the companion teneo-cli skill. The underlying protocol handles settlements in USDC across Base, Peaq, and Avalanche networks.
