What youtube-teneo does

This skill guides the assistant on interacting with the youtube agent on the Teneo network. It looks up command formats and USDC pricing prior to running tasks. Instead of browsing external websites, the assistant routes requests through the bundled command-line tool.

Execution depends entirely on the local executable at ~/teneo-skill/teneo. Without this binary, the skill stops working. Network settlements occur in USDC across Base, Peaq, or Avalanche chains.
