npx skills add reason-machines/data-skills --skill telegram-group-statistics-analytics-bot -a claude-codeWhat telegram-group-statistics-analytics-bot does
This skill provisions an analytics bot tailored for Telegram group chats. It logs incoming messages, tracks member joins or departures, and calculates hourly activity heatmaps. The system also supports data exports in CSV or JSON.
The engine runs on Python using python-telegram-bot alongside SQLAlchemy with SQLite or PostgreSQL storage. Periodic document generation relies on reportlab and matplotlib to export PDF or HTML digests. Configuration details and target chat IDs sit inside config.json.
Without TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN and API credentials from my.telegram.org, the bot cannot connect to the chat stream. Administrator rights inside the target group are required to capture member events.
What it helps with
- track member join and departure trends over time
- generate hourly and daily group activity heatmaps
- compile periodic PDF and HTML community reports
- alert administrators when group message frequency drops sharply
Example prompts for the agent
- Analyze Telegram group message stats for the past 7 days and show top posters
- Generate an activity heatmap for the chat across weekdays and hours
- Configure automated weekly PDF reporting for Telegram group analytics
