The skill queries the public notice and announcement board of 서울주택도시개발공사 (SH). You get the list of housing application notices, the full body of a post, and metadata for attachment previews. It runs in Claude, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI and OpenCode.
It is a thin stub. The real instructions come from the CLI, so you need Node.js 18+ and npx before anything works: npx -y @nomadamas/k-skill@0 instruct sh-notice-search detects the runtime and prints only the steps that apply.
