What scenario-to-tiktok does

The skill reads the scenario files — worldview_model.md, worldview_integration.md, predetermined_elements.md, critical_uncertainties.md, the narratives and strategy_analysis.md — and builds a TikTok script along a five-part arc: hook, common belief, counterintuitive finding, twist, and a closer that teases a sequel. Target length is 2:00 to 3:00.

The hook comes from the gap between the author's original beliefs and what the exercise surfaced. The twist is the scenario's primary axis, and the ending names all four scenarios as bait for the next video. Once the base script is written, the skill sources memes through the meme-rodeo MCP tools, searching by subject and by tone, then places them as 0.5-second flashes, 1–1.5-second holds or 2-second long holds. A meme should reframe the line it follows rather than illustrate it.

Two files land in the scenario's exports directory: tiktok_script.md without memes and tiktok_script_with_memes.md with inserts, timing cues and production notes, plus a meme placement table. You need a completed scenario with at least four narratives; on an unfinished one the skill has nothing to work from. Meme sourcing depends on meme-rodeo access — if search is rate-limited, the skill falls back to random or recent memes and manual filtering. Tone follows the author's voice as recorded in the worldview_model.md notes.

What it helps with

  • turn a finished scenario analysis into a short-form video script
  • find a hook in the gap between original beliefs and the findings
  • source memes for the key beats of a scenario
  • lay out timing and on-screen text across the sections
  • get both a clean script and a meme-annotated version

Example prompts for the agent

  • Generate a TikTok script from the scenario exercise
  • Turn the scenario content into a short video
