What sap-btp-cloud-logging does

This skill supplies operational workflows for SAP Cloud Logging on SAP BTP. It covers instance provisioning across four options: BTP Cockpit, Cloud Foundry CLI, SAP BTP CLI, and Kubernetes manifests via SAP BTP Service Operator.

Data ingestion accepts OpenTelemetry (OTLP), JSON API, or native streams from Cloud Foundry and Kyma runtimes. Service tiers range from dev (fixed at 7.5 GB) to auto-scaling standard and large plans. In-place plan updates are not supported. Migrating between plans requires running instances in parallel.

It also details certificate operations, including a three-step Root CA rotation, SAML configuration through SAP Cloud Identity Services, and retention settings between 1 and 90 days.
