What rhea-skill does

This skill searches biochemical reactions in the Rhea registry using scripts/rest_request.py. Queries look up records by compound name or identifiers like RHEA:47148. The script reads JSON from stdin. The max_items field trims result size.

Codex prints a concise Markdown summary by default. Raw JSON appears only if requested directly. In longer conversations, the skill re-runs network queries instead of reusing outdated context.

It suits tasks that involve regular reaction lookups. Skip it if you rarely inspect biochemical databases.
