The skill loads unresolved review threads and checks each one against the files as they currently exist. A fix can be present in committed code or in uncommitted local changes; Git history alone does not count as proof. Each comment’s requirements must be satisfied before its thread is resolved.
Resolving a verified thread is the only permitted write to GitHub. The instructions prohibit editing files, running tests, and making changes through Git. When the evidence is uncertain, the thread stays open. To retrieve review threads, the skill describes GitHub CLI with GraphQL, GitHub MCP, or a curl attempt for a public repository. Access to the PR is needed to inspect its comments.
