What notion-meeting-intelligence does

The skill walks through meeting prep step by step. It searches related pages with Notion:notion-search, reads them with Notion:notion-fetch, and pulls out project status, past decisions, open questions and metrics. Then it adds general context: industry practices, decision frameworks, trade-off analysis. It does not invent specific facts.

Next it creates two documents with Notion:notion-create-pages. The internal pre-read is for the team: background, an honest read on the hard parts, what the meeting needs to produce. The external agenda goes to all participants: objective, timed items, decision points. The agenda template shifts with the meeting type — decision, status update, customer, or brainstorm. At the end both docs get linked to each other and to the project.

This only runs with the Notion MCP server connected; without it the search and page-creation steps have nothing to call. Installation needs Node.js, since the command goes through npx.
