What human-protein-atlas-skill does

This skill sends Human Protein Atlas requests through scripts/rest_request.py. It can retrieve gene JSON by ENSG identifier, search records with api/search_download.php, and open tissue or cell-line pages from a gene symbol.

Search and download calls use max_items=10; a single gene lookup usually does not need that limit. The default result is a short Markdown summary. Full JSON or HTML is saved only when requested with save_raw=true.

Install it when you need compact Human Protein Atlas results in Codex. Ask for verbatim JSON when another tool needs machine-readable output.
