This skill runs a structured five-step cleanup. It maps project boundaries, spots unreferenced logic, and traces external entry points that basic text searches miss. Candidate code is sorted by risk. Confirmed inactive code gets deleted alongside its tests, while questionable call sites stay put in a dedicated report.

Deletions happen in isolated passes. The agent takes out test suites first, moves to callers, and finishes with core definitions. It runs test suites after every stage. The workflow deliberately preserves database rows and schema columns: data retention remains a manual choice.
