What gitnexus-exploring does

This skill guides repository exploration with GitNexus. It searches for symbols and processes, inspects their context, and follows incoming or outgoing calls. For a known path between components, it uses trace; implementation details are read only where needed.

The agent binds a repository once per session and reports the repository and index freshness with its explanation. When several repositories are indexed, every call needs repo. That is a reason to confirm the target project before investigating it. If its registry name is unclear, the skill pages through list_repos.

It checks index staleness and runs node .gitnexus/run.cjs analyze only for behind or diverged. Filtered results and bounded searches do not prove that other references are absent, so an edit impact check still needs normal traversal and risk calculation.
