What gh-fix-ci does

The skill handles broken pull request checks on GitHub. Using the gh CLI tool and a bundled Python script scripts/inspect_pr_checks.py, it inspects CI statuses, pulls logs from failing runs, and extracts relevant error context. External CI tools like Buildkite remain out of scope; the agent only reports their details link.

Drafting the fix relies on the plan skill. The agent never edits code unprompted. It prepares a step-by-step proposal and applies changes only after direct user approval.

Without a logged-in gh client granting workflow and repo scopes, the skill fails immediately. In restricted sandboxes, running gh auth status requires sandbox_permissions=require_escalated so the tool can reach credentials.
