What domain does

The skill uses the Railway CLI to create a Railway-provided domain or add a custom domain. Pass --service to target a named service; --json returns the result as JSON. When adding a custom domain, the CLI returns DNS records for you to add at your DNS provider.

You need railway-cli and a selected service. A Railway-provided domain requires a deployment, and each service can have only one. The railway-environment skill handles viewing and removing domains, then applies removal changes.
