What clinical-decision-support does

This skill produces clinical decision support documents for patient-group analysis and treatment guidance. It can connect biomarkers or molecular subtypes with outcomes, compare cohorts by survival and treatment response, and present statistical results such as hazard ratios, confidence intervals, and p-values. The output is prepared as LaTeX and PDF material.

Reports can include GRADE ratings, treatment sequencing diagrams, efficacy tables, survival plots, and decision pathways. The intended use covers clinical studies, drug development, regulatory documentation, and evidence synthesis. Each document must contain at least one or two generated scientific figures, such as a patient-flow diagram or treatment decision chart, using scientific-schematics. Individual patient treatment plans belong to the treatment-plans skill instead.
