What chembl-skill does

The skill sends requests through scripts/rest_request.py. It covers activity, molecule, target, and mechanism data, plus text search. By default, the agent turns the script's JSON response into a concise Markdown summary; it returns the JSON verbatim only when asked.

For activity, mechanism, and text-search collections, requests start with limit=10 and max_items=10. Search for a molecule with a query such as imatinib, or look up a specific record using an identifier such as CHEMBL25. In a long conversation, the agent runs requests again instead of relying on older results.

The script requires Python and uses the ChEMBL API. Install this skill when you need concise ChEMBL data summaries; it does not serve tasks outside that API.
