What amazon-inventory-management does

The skill works in stages. It pulls the product, marketplace, current situation and goal out of your message, then asks a single follow-up covering everything still open as multiple choice — short answers like “1b 2c 3a” are fine. After that it runs its own frameworks and hands back the analysis.

The reply opens with a summary of findings, then data points and benchmarks, then action items in priority order. Figures based on incomplete data get a warning marker. It closes with concrete next steps instead of platitudes.

Covered areas: FBA planning, restock timing, safety stock, IPI score work and recovery of stranded inventory. Amazon marketplaces in the US, UK, DE, CA, JP, AU and elsewhere are supported. Everything is calculated from what you supply — give it no real stock counts or sales history and the safety stock figure is an estimate, which the skill flags rather than hides.

What it helps with

  • work out when to reorder the next FBA batch
  • set a safety stock level ahead of peak season
  • lift an IPI score before storage limits bite
  • recover inventory stuck as stranded on Amazon
  • turn stock counts, sales and lead times into one restock plan

Example prompts for the agent

  • Help me plan FBA restock for this product — stock runs out in three weeks and the supplier takes a month
  • Work out safety stock for this SKU and tell me when to place the next order
  • My inventory is stranded in Amazon's warehouse, how do I get it selling again
