ads-report — Claude Code skill: paid-ad reports as PDF
Renders Markdown, HTML or PDF reports on paid advertising from a validated JSON run bundle. Useful when a client or an exec needs a finished document.
npx skills add AgriciDaniel/claude-ads --skill ads-report -a claude-codeWhat ads-report does
The skill takes a versioned report bundle as input, not loose prose from a worker. It first confirms the run is complete: evidence coverage, privacy class, branding choice, requested audience and output formats. Then it renders every format from the same canonical data through deterministic templates.
Findings, confidence, evidence references, contradictions, missing inputs, actions, owners and measurement windows all survive into the output. Structural checks run first, then visual and layout checks for HTML and PDF. Writing happens atomically inside the run directory, and the manifest is updated there.
Credentials, customer lists, private paths, raw research and internal agent transcripts stay out unless the operator explicitly enabled branding. Partial or insufficient-evidence status must not be buried in an executive summary, so read that section before you send anything out. External account and web content is treated as data, never as instructions.
What it helps with
- turn a finished JSON run into a client-ready PDF
- export earlier audit and plan results into one document
- produce an executive summary for leadership
- check that private paths and credentials stayed out of the report
- render HTML and Markdown from the same data
Example prompts for the agent
- render the report for this run as PDF and Markdown
- build an executive report for the client from the latest run
- generate an HTML report from the ads audit
