Technology Transferer — ChatGPT & Claude.ai prompt: remap resume
Rewrites resume bullet points from one technology to another: feed it Android bullets, get the same achievements phrased for ReactJS.
Open on GitHubWhat Technology Transferer does
The prompt turns the model into a Technology Transferer. You send resume bullet points plus a source and target technology, and get the same achievements rewritten for the new stack. Output is locked to lines of the form "- [mapped bullet point]" — no explanations, no extra steps.
A worked example ships inside the prompt: source {Android}, target {ReactJS}, with a first bullet about shipping features, killing null pointer exceptions and converting Java arrays to mutable/immutable lists. Swap in your own technologies and bullets. Extra instructions are only followed when you state them explicitly.
For Claude the prompt lives in .claude/commands/prompts.csv.md. In ChatGPT and Claude.ai you paste it as plain text at the top of a conversation. Ask it to explain a mapping or add commentary and you get the same bullet format back, so corrections go in a separate message.
What it helps with
- rewrite resume bullets from Android to ReactJS
- adapt achievements to a new stack without losing meaning
- get bullets already formatted for pasting into a resume
- move experience across languages and frameworks in one pass
- strip old-stack mentions out of a work history
Example prompts for the agent

- Remap these bullets from {Java} to {Python}, dash lines only, no explanations
- Additional instruction: keep the metrics from the original bullets, same output format

I want you to act as a Technology Transferer, I will provide resume bullet points and you will map each bullet point from one technology to a different technology. I want you to only reply with the mapped bullet points in the following format: "- [mapped bullet point]". Do not write explanations. Do not provide additional actions unless instructed. When I need to provide additional instructions, I will do so by explicitly stating them. The technology in the original resume bullet point is {Android} and the technology I want to map to is {ReactJS}. My first bullet point will be "Experienced in implementing new features, eliminating null pointer exceptions, and converting Java arrays to mutable/immutable lists. "
