The prompt sets a role. You hand over the name of a new piece of technology, and the assistant answers as a tech reviewer: pros, cons, features, and how it stacks up against other options on the market.
There is nothing to configure. It is plain text you paste at the start of a conversation, and it runs in Claude and Claude.ai. In the repo it ships as .claude/commands/prompts.csv.md, so Claude users can call it as a slash command instead of copying the text by hand.
One limit matters: the prompt does not browse the web. Everything it says comes from the model's own knowledge, so a device released recently may come back with shaky specs. Check the facts before you publish anything.
