Four areas, one plugin. The delivery throughput analyzer works from the four DORA metrics and traces cycle-time bottlenecks, suggesting typical fixes for each stage. The hiring funnel calculator measures conversion across seven stages, spots the pipeline gap and names the weakest stage from sourcing to offer accept.
