The plugin reaches your Intercom workspace through an MCP server. An auto-triggered skill wakes up whenever you ask about your Intercom data — common topics in open conversations, one customer's issue history, account context. Separate slash commands handle the Messenger install and the CLI setup.
Everything is read-only. The plugin searches and retrieves, but it cannot create, update or delete conversations, contacts or any other Intercom object, so your workspace stays as it is. Search calls run into Intercom API rate limits; the MCP server absorbs the throttling.
One thing to check first: only US-hosted workspaces work today. EU and Australia are planned. Signing in happens through OAuth against your own Intercom workspace. The Messenger skill covers React, Next.js, Vue.js and plain JavaScript, and it sets up identity verification with JWT.

# Intercom Plugin for Claude Code and Google Antigravity Connect your Intercom workspace to Claude Code or Google Antigravity. Connecting to the Intercom MCP server requires signing in to your Intercom workspace through OAuth. EU and Australia region support is planned. - **Rate limits** — Search operations are subject to Intercom API rate limits.
