heor-agent gives an AI coding host tools for HEOR research: literature search across 44 sources, bias assessment, cost-effectiveness and budget impact work, plus NMA/MAIC analysis. It also supports dossier preparation for NICE, FDA, EMA, and EU JCA workflows.
The current release lists 45 tools. Examples include literature_search, validate_links, irb_review, jca_pico_scope, and hta_dossier. Its workflow can connect evidence gathering with RWE tasks and later document preparation, such as moving from a PICO scope to an HTA dossier draft.
Local setup runs through npx, so Node 20 or newer is required. In Claude Code, add the server with claude mcp add heor-agent -- npx -y heor-agent-mcp, then restart Claude Code.
