What this section is
NeTGStats is a catalogue of Telegram channels in the affiliate niche with advertising prices, reach and CPM. The numbers come from tg.observer and we print them as they arrive: where a figure does not add up we leave a dash rather than fill the gap with a guess.
The English pages carry the same 379 channels as the Russian ones. They are not a translation: prices, subscribers, reach and CPM have no language, and the wording around them is ours.
Reach, and what confirms it
The catalogue shows average post reach over 30 days. If tg.observer measured a channel over some other window, the field stays empty instead of being rescaled by eye — and the CPM derived from it empties with it.
Some channels are marked as verified reach: the figure was measured, not quoted by the owner. They have their own slice at /en/netgstats/verified.
CPM
The cost of a thousand views. We compute it only when both the price and the 30-day reach exist. With one of the two missing there is no CPM: half a figure misleads harder than a dash.
Anomalous reach
When reach does not square with the subscriber count, the row is flagged and moved to a separate slice. That is not a verdict — it is a reason to re-check the figure before buying, especially when reach sits above the subscriber base.
Channel names and descriptions
Names and descriptions are written by the channel owners, so the language varies and we cannot choose it. A measurement on 379 published channels: 134 names are Latin script, 245 are not; of the descriptions 3 are written in English, 115 are an importer trace that neither locale renders, and 259 are in Russian.
Hence two rules on these pages. A channel is identified by its @handle, which is Latin by Telegram's own rule, and the name appears next to it only when the name itself is Latin. A description is printed only in its original language — machine-translating somebody else's text would be a worse read than the original and a thinner page than none.
The language column in the data does not answer this question. It labels the source, not the text: four channels are tagged en there and not one of them describes itself in English.
What gets indexed
- Hubs — the catalogue, the price pages, the category slices, the lists and this page — are submitted for indexing. Their content is measured numbers and our own wording.
- A channel page is submitted only when the channel describes itself in English (3 of 379 today). The rest open and work, with the language switch in the header leading to the Russian page, but they stay out of the index: an English card with no description is numbers and furniture, and 379 of those would be index bloat.
- The catalogue CSV and JSON are the same resource on both locales, so there is no second address for them under /en/.
Limits we will state plainly
- Prices are what admins quote, not what a buyer ends up paying, and not an offer.
- Reach and subscribers are a tg.observer snapshot; the date sits on every page.
- A missing price reads as a dash, not as a zero or a range.
- The blacklist is kept by hand, so it reflects a judgement and can be argued with.
