Changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star! My bonus activation option has been disabled without any explanation as to why! I have not violated any bonus rules and only ever used bonuses available to me in my profile's messages- as per T&C's. What do I think happened? Someone didn't like the fact that I was winning but that doesn't give them the right to violate my rights as a player. They should also respect their own T&C's! Another thing? Live chat agent is not available at 9 pm and I have to talk to a bot to send a request to mail support which never answers!! Bot tells me to reach out to live chat agent from 8 am - 5pm. Good! Next day at 9 am I try and still the stupid bot is there and now he actually refuses to tell me what time agents will be available?? Are you serious? I will absolutely not stand for this BS! I have been a loyal customer here but refuse to be treated unfairly! I have always respected the casino's rules and read them whole and accordingly, as long as the casino can't prove any bonus terms violation on my side, they have no right to do such thing without even informing me. I will not be depositing here again, nor removing this review unless this is corrected and my player's rights are reinstated. I used to really love and praise this casino but this is not right and damages their image tbh...Am very dissapointed!I have sent my information to you and to answer your reply: Nowhere in your terms is that stated what you describe in your second sentence so therefor, I can not accept it!Update: they never contacted me.
