CGA policy from 17.04.2025 requires 1, 3, 5, 10 years and Lifetime, applied to person not email, with duplicate-account prevention and immediate online activation.I requested Lifetime as a person, not as an email. Stake confirmed only "account associated with this email has been indefinitely self-excluded". No confirmation of Lifetime, no confirmation of identity-link, no confirmation of block on other domains/accounts.A complaint has already been filed with the CGA, but they are still silent. It is in their best interest to respond as soon as possible, otherwise a complaint will be filed against the regulator personally.
