Worst online casino I ever played by a longshot.Over last ten years or just about I have spent well over 10k dollars on spinpalace without any wins sure I have won 100 or so here or there but nothing more than that. I honestly suggest finding a different online casino one that is more fair. They claim they have fair play no they dont. I was only able to transfer to my Ecopayz account, small values like R$ 1,000, but when I tried to transfer large values like R$ 4,300, my account was blocked and it has been almost 1 month since I am trying to recover the money. Misleading terms and conditions. I constantly got spammed by the company with misleading promotions such as "100% free bet up to 100€". I though I would give it a chance, I went to the deposit page where I could choose the promotion (but they did now show me anywhere I could see the terms and conditions). First after I contacted the support they told me that I had to win my deposit 5 times before I could get the bet. CONCLUSION: Stay away from spammy casinos that spam misleading offers. A lot of better alternatives out there.

Very bad experience with Spin Sports. I was tricked twice with their daily offer. After signing up for a 100% free bet offer with 5 times rollover at 1.3 minimum odds, the terms of the offer suddenly changed after I started rolling over. I wrote them and they suddenly told me my terms have changed to 7 times rollover at minimum 1.8 odds. I asked them why I wasn't informed of this change, but they only said they have the right to change the terms at any time and it is my duty to keep writing them to ask about the terms of the offer. Very misleading offer which influenced the decisions I made. Stay away!!!

I won $2000 from Spin palace casino and do not want to pay because I use another card to make a deposit that was not registered to my account. This took palace on an a previous occasion. Spin palace casino sends you promotional emails.and when you win use any excuse not to pay. I went to log into my spin palace account two days ago and my username and password wasn’t working. I knew that was strange since my information is auto filled. So I did the typical “forgot password” option and yet never received an email. I tried “forgot username” and still no email. So today I used chat support twice. The first support agent told me that my account was closed as per managements discretion and then closed the chat. So I went back on chat and this agent was worse. They told me that my account was closed as per management discretion and refused to give me a reason why. I asked how I could speak to management to get a reason and they informed me that they were the highest point of contact. Despite my efforts they kept ignoring me and repeating the same thing over and over. Being cruel. Once i won the money, i phoned them up immediatly and informed them of the win and told them id like to withdraw the winnings, they took all my banking details etc and congratulated me on my win, after 48 hours and 2 further phone calls I was reassured on each occasion everything was ok for the transfer of $33000.00 to go ahead to my nominated bank account on Monday morning.
