REAL SCAM**** they won’t let you get your money back even If you were never able to play it. Chat, e-mail customer service, a real joke. Gang de voleurs!!!!

Spin Palace is a big, big scam.. they take you money but when is the time to cash out they find all the reason in the world to do not pay... Disappointed...

I registered with them, and deposited. They rejected the withdrawal apparently due to a self exclusion which is impossible cuz it's my first time joining their casino and whomever they're affiliated with. I sent them documents to prove that my deposit went through. I got so many agents saying they'll refund me, emails included and 5 weeks later, still nothing. Be careful of this casino. They're scammers and thieves.

I was playing "Wanted Outlaws" I believed i won a major jackpot of around $99962.00 AU including my original stake, i continued playing the game until i had a total of $103029.75 AU then i left same current session "Wanted Outlaws" to go to the lobby to withdraw the money and it disappeared and left me with my original stake. I contacted the online chat help and asked to what had happened and they said i would have to look into my session history for that game, i waited and to this day there has been no session history for that game .. and yet i have photo screenshots from my tv showing various stages of me playing with the amounts and that game session..i have approached spin palace on numerous occasions and emails and they are not in any way being helpful..i have asked how to talk or correspond with the management of spin palace and was told this is not possible ... i have asked for copies of my session history and told i could not have them... it is a large amount of money and i would like to know whats going on..???

As you can see there is many bad reviews regarding with withdrawal issues. I WISH I would've seen these before signing up and wasting my money. The withdrawal process is a joke and the robotic live chat so called customer service is a joke. Everything that you read from these reviews are true.

I made $100 deposits and they charged me $106.75 to my bank account which i was not aware of. Also twice i have made deposits using pre paid visa and it said waitng toi confirm which took the money from the pre paid but never was put into my account.

I made a bet with 5 digits, was my 2nd bet and after i won it, i made a cashout and then the trouble began. After sending them like around 15 documents (id, proof of address, id to face, source of wealth, bank statements, ewallet statement and 1 phone call), the were always telling me, please wait, the operations team is taking care of it! After 5 weeks, i finally got paid. But i never ever had to go through such a hell! The threated me like a criminal and letting me wait 5 weeks is also way beyond ok. So this is the last time i will play there. Stay away, those scammers searching a big way not to pay you!

Spinpalce is a scam I put in 720$ and won 3000$ so went to withdraw the money the next day I went to sign back in it wouldn’t let me sign in so I contact live chat they told me my account had been closed due to per management discretion

The people owning this online casino should be charged with stealing and ripping off people. I've played here for a few years but since covid hit the casino hasn't. It's ripping off people left and right and are NOT following gaming rules of payout ratios.

Spin Palace has an Australian website claiming real life croupiers.Talking with their online assistance is an exercise in futility . I was specifically informed that online croupiers were available ,However after some research I found out this is illegal in Australia . I then requested a refund or switch to sports betting on my initial deposit , they refused , even though I did not make any bets .Have made a complaint to ACMA , (Australian Communication and Media Association). I would advise anybody in OZ to do the same .

I have been playing with spin palace for about 3 years. They seemed to get withdrawals to me ok within 1 week. But now they are terrible. I think maybe they are having trouble. I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a withdrawal. I have emailed and live chatted. They just keep saying they are busy. I have written off my withdrawal as it seems I will never get it. if i could give them a minus 5 star I would, those guys could not care less about their clients... they literally are crooked criminals... they will offer you a bonus, and the put you a 14k playthrough limit that you have to go through in order to be able to withdrawal any money at all, and of course that playthrough will not work on the game you wished to play on, they will also of course, shut the conversation down when you speak to them on the chat about any of it....

It looks fake and it’s my experience I played more then 2500 Canadian dollars By the time I win I couldn’t withdraw the money so I close my account today and I am happy that I am not playing anymore

worst casino experience i have ever had.... sometimes there is lines where you should be winning and they don't even pay you.... i accepted a welcome bonus to play.... and now after a few hundreds of play at 6.26$ each... it still tells me that I have to play to 14000 dollar to get all the bonus out and that I am only at 45$.... and of course I cannot withdrawl my money because it is blocked....

i deposited $25 into my spin palace and as i began playing a message popped up that read a general error has occurred. when i logged off and logged back in my money was gone. i had been robbed. i was told that i was to be contacted in 24 hours and i am still waiting for a response days later. i guess it is a normal thing to get robbed on these scam sites. spin palace you are a bunch of crooks
