1 star. Apparently “check the logs” is too difficult€1,000 suddenly disappeared from my Roobet balance on a roulette bet I did not place.I contacted support immediately. Their entire investigation?“All bets require user input.”Thanks, Sherlock.I explained the exact timeline, provided screenshots, pointed out that I was already playing Limbo, had 2FA enabled, and that the timing makes their explanation questionable.Did they check the technical logs?No.Did they explain the exact timestamp/session that supposedly placed the bet?No.Did they do anything other than repeat “you must have clicked”?Also no.I have 83,000+ bets in my history. Suddenly placing a €1,000 roulette bet that I didn't even make apparently requires zero investigation from Roobet. Never betted €1,000 in over 83,000 bets, and not even close.1 star for now.If Roobet actually investigates the incident, explains what happened and fixes the €1,000 loss, I'll happily change this to 5 stars.Until then, enjoy the 1 star. ⭐
