I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding my outstanding $7,500 withdrawal, which has been pending since October 24. After weeks of waiting, I am now being told that the maximum withdrawal of $2,500 will be paid out in separate installments. This is completely unacceptable. You take deposits instantly and without issue, yet when a player wins, you make the payout process as difficult and delayed as possible. I expect the full $7,500 owed to me to be paid immediately and in one payout. I have been more than patient, and this situation has gone far beyond reasonable timelines. I want this resolved so I can be paid in full and be done with your casino moving forward.

Raging Bull Casino delayed my payment. I made a withdrawal of 2351 to my bitcoin wallet on November 11, 2023, but I still have not received it. I contacted live support 7 times, and each time they promised me that I will be paid and they will escalate the withdrawal so I will receive it asap. But till this date, I still have not received my withdraw to my bitcoin wallet.

I submitted to have my winnings withdrawn back on November 2. I was told 7 to 14 days which I waited and I’ve now contacted them every single day and every time they just say sorry it’ll be 24 to 48 hours and we’ve escalated it so there’s no issues no verification issues no rules broken just them delaying me and I told them I had had a stroke. Didn’t know how I would pay my rent and then was a blessing when I won there but I am now two weeks late on rent And risking my home being evicted for me just please help me get the money. I won fair and square so I can pay my rent and not lose my home. I also have the transcripts from these conversations with the employees if you need them, please help me.

I joined raging bull casino after receiving a 50$ sign up bonus in my email. I signed up, received the bonus funds of 50$ and the terms were to meet a wager requirement of $2000 which was met. 100$ max withdraw. I met all the requirements and they deducted the additional winnings over 100$ which was 290$. I went to withdraw using bitcoin as that was the only option for withdrawing. After one day of waiting June 27th i went to check the status as it was pending and I hadn’t received anything in my bitcoin wallet, and I was denied access to my account. I sent an email to customer support and they gave me a case number of 152727303. I’ve replied 2 times since then with no response and still locked from my account. I’d like to recover my winnings of 75.00 please and thank you.

I recently (31/03/2020) used a bonus code at Raging Bull Casino claiming to be a "No rules bonus" with no playthrough and no max payout. I tried to withdraw $200 from my casino account, to which it asked me for proof of identification. I had my I.D authenticated through the service Raging Bull directed me to use, my withdrawal request was immediately denied. I attempted withdrawal again on 05/04/2020, I also sent an email to query WHY I wasn't able to withdraw my winnings, I got no reply from them. No surprises there. I have just checked my email and found another withdrawal request has been denied. In between these requests I tried to live chat with their customer service about the issue they offered me a code for a bonus chip which would have invalidated my winnings!! I am extremely dissatisfied with all of this and shocked that the staff would stoop to that level to stiff me out of my winnings! I have the chat transcript as well as the request denied emails.

Well I won $1000 a few months ago and when I went to withdrawl my winnings that were not won through any free bonus play or any bonus what so ever, well lets just say that the process has been torture. First I had to verify my account which unbelievably after a month and a half I accomplished that. When I put in for my withdrawl request I was told that I couldnt use bitcoin withdrawl method due to the fact that I hadnt ever used bitcoin as a deposit method and had used my bank card so I would have to put in for a wire transfer at which time I did that.....So after my account was approved I was told that my withdrawl request had to still be reviewed and approved before I would receive my winnings..I finally received an email stating my refund had in fact been approved on 10/24/2019 but I would have to provide my banks wire transfer info, which I had already did that but went ahead and sent it anyway at which time their response was that I would have to provide another bank because my bank was causing delays with any wire transfers done with the casinos clients so I provided another bank and was told that they couldnt wire transfer to that bank either at which time I expressed my frustrations to them letting them know that I felt as if I was getting the run around by them and that I would like a paper check and was told they couldnt issue me one of those either and I was told that I would have to provide another bank so I opened another bank account and provided the wire transfer info and was told that since the casino could not wire transfer to that bank either that I would be aloud to withdrawl through bitcoin all I needed to do was to provide a bitcoin wallet address at which time I provided a bitcoin wallet address and received an email from the casino stating that it was a bitcoin cash wallet address so they couldnt use it and would I please provide a bitcoin wallet address only so once again I went to my bitcoin wallet and got a new address for them to send it to and havent heard back from them for 6 days so I decided to go online and ask about it through live chat and also inquire about my $600 withdrawl request that was still pending for months also and was told by [EDIT] in live chat that I had to speak to a payment specialist about my $1000 withdrawal that was approved on 10/24/2019 and he would patch me through to them and was connected to someone named [EDIT] who told me I would have to provide another bank account and do a wire transfer since I didnt deposit with bitcoin and I told her I could provide her the email correspondence that said otherwise and she basically told me if I couldnt provide another bank account to wire it too that they couldnt issue me my withdrawl and she was ending the chat....could someone please give me advice on what to do next because I feel as if im getting the run around big time ...Thanks Stifferney530

I have been locked out of my account. I requested to withdraw $500 dollars. Locked out with no reason why finally got a reason. Sent copies of my passport, drivers license, birth certificate, Medicare card,credit card, a utilities bill and was told I needed to have proof of my email and phone number belonged to me ???? So sent through a screen shot of my Google account details ad phone bill. Then was told that all they could verify from all that info was my date of birth. Since then I have completed an authority form which they never told me about resent all my documents again. Sent to several emails and now I get no response. I am continuing to send hoping someone may answer. It may only be a small amount but it is the principle of it all. I have deposited money to them they took that now they take what I won. I have numerously contacted the Ragging Bull on my pending payout and they told me to submit my documents which I have, however it’s been over 2weeks now since I’ve sent them in and waiting for approval and also it’s be nearly 3weeks since I’ve waited for my payout. Could you please find out what’s delaying the process , they’ve said it’ll take up to 3-5 business days but it has been more than that.

I made two withdrawal requests on the 19th June. One for $1,000AU (which was denied by Raging Bull for reasons I don't understand). However, for the past 2weeks I have received no replies at all. I have left voice messages and requested numerous callbacks. I received one callback on 21 Jun - Ref # 4416982, where I was advised the withdrawal was approved and had now been escalated as it had not been paid to me within the 10 days that they allow/guarantee that payment will he received. I paid 47.98 in bit coin and it never credited to my account

I tried to withdraw and ended up chatting with some guy in customer service. He offered me some start over situation instead. I said no. I then agreed to only withdraw 500.00. I crushed it. I made several play throughs on one game alone betting $20 and $30 a spin got up to $7617.00 Witch is about what I won altogether and was avoided being paid whatsoever. So I stopped while on one heck of streak to hold some integrity and feeling satisfied that I got my proof with screen shots. Went to cash out and got a pop up that said my bonus was $7619.00 and I still had $3017.00 play through. I didn't get that screen shot. And it said I must contact customer service. Got that screen shot as well. I have experienced this play through deal were they instead of letting you cash out there max they delete most of it and leave you to play the rest. They approved my withdrawal on 4/22/18 and I just keep getting the brush off
