MrJames— player complaints: 24 in English

Dear Sirs, On Friday, I received a text with a 100 Euro bonus to try out the site, Mr James Casino. Surprisingly I did quite well and won over 2000 euros pretty quickly. Despite having to wager 3000 euros I still ended up with 1681.25 and withdrew it. I had probably actually wagered about 4 to 5000 euros because they were only including the losing spins in their calculations. This morning however i received an email stating... We regret to inform you of the non-validation of your request for withdrawal due to a violation of the terms and conditions of the casino. The gains made were a result of a bonus. We remind you that it is forbidden to place bets greater than or equal to 30% of the value of the free bonus. Winnings and bonuses have been deducted from your account according to the terms and conditions All I can think is that I made a few 200 euros spins to speed up the large wagering requirements. To top it off the chat operator was pretty cheeky about things. 1600 Euros is a hell of a lot to lose when you have thought you had won it fair and square. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

This is not a complaint, it's a thank you (I can't see anywhere else to send you an email - sorry). I received a text to say I had money in my account a 500% deposit bonus 35 free spins. Even though I've signed up to loads of on-line casinos (through The Pogg so I hope you've received some dosh), I couldn't remember signing up to Mr James. Well, would you believe it, I had an account with them. Well, it was there, but I hadn't set it up. User name, password and my personal details had obviously been passed on by another casino and they'd set an account up in my name. Pretty naughty I'd say. This is something your members might like to be aware of perhaps. I 100% did not set this account up. Anyway, thanks to your website content I checked to see if Mr James was one of your recommended casinos and saw that it wasn't. I then used your search facility and found a previous complaint (in favour of the casino as it happens) where you mentioned that not only are they not recommended, but also any UK user is actually breaking the rules (or similar) because they are not regulated in the UK. I withdrew my winnings and it says hey processed it on the 2/2/19 but I will have not received my winnings. I have called them several times and emailed but I am not getting a response from them. Can you help please. I didn’t take a bonus so the winnings are total all mine

My complaint is against mr James casino I played with a bonus and won approx 5000 euros I was told I had to play through the bonus requirement which I did which then left me with around €2500 euros which I requested to withdraw I was then told the maximum I could withdraw in winnings was 20x my deposit which was only €600 as this was the rules I accepted this and sacrificed the €1900 and had the €600 paid .a few days later I decided to play again and as I was offered the choice to play with my winnings or deposit I decided to cancel my withdrawal request and play with some of my winnings . I went on to win €2200 so requested a withdrawal but was told the maximum I could withdraw was €550 as I was playing with bonus money . As I was actually playing with my winnings and already met the rules I feel I should be able to withdraw all my winnings . If what they say is correct what was the point of offering me to play with my winnings when I had no chance of winning anything
