Am not happy with the service I have asked customer service to give me a ban and still haven't. I am in a financial crisis and have a gambling problem. I also sent a email. This has not been applied. Is there anyone to help or resolve this issue. I will consider changing from a 1 star rating if you could help me. I would like refunding for lack of responsibile gambling help.
