I Follow all their rules but when I already want to withdraw all the money I wait for 4 days and they declined and confiscated it and tell me I bet morethan $5 but I know the rules and I never bet morethan $2.50 I try to file complaint to them but until now they already ignoring me I wait for 5days for them to reply but no any message anymore. Hope you help me with this case thank you

I’ve been confiscated £12000 and my account locked for apparently breaching there terms and conditions using a 3rd party card when I haven’t I deposited all my money through my Apple Pay I have sent them all the screenshots of the proof of this with all my Credentials saying showing it’s my card the deposit came out from but after all this they’re still not budging and only offering to send my deposits back. good afternoon… the situation is very disappointing for me. I recommended the site to several friends and I always played with them. I managed to win some amount and requested a withdrawal in the amount of R$ 2,500.00, it always said that it was under analysis and they never released the money. I left R$ 4,000.00 in the account to play. they blocked my account and confiscated my money. they said that I violated a bonus code, claiming that I played over R$ 30.00. I never did and they never proved anything to me. they just blocked me and confiscated my money. I need to get this back! help me please!

I received an email on November 19th that my withdrawal has been processed. After 9 days DreamVegas emailed me stating the deposit was declined by my bank and I would need to send them documentation of my bank account . I had recently received deposits by DreamVegas to this account. I replied to the email with the requested documents. They haven’t got back to me so I reached out via chat. They’re saying they can’t reprocess the payment and keep saying that their payments team is not available to process any payments. Please assist me with this.

I withdrew £2800 on 12/05/22 to my PayPal account, on the 13/05/22 i received the confirmation email from Dream Vegas that my withdrawal was successfully processed. As of today i have not received my withdrawal in my PayPal account. I have been in touch with Dream Vegas on many many occasions to date who started an investigation into this matter. On 07/06/22 i received correspondence from Dream Vegas stating that the investigation is complete and there were no issues and to contact PayPal with details Dream Vegas gave to me. I contacted PayPal right away and gave them all the details i received from Dream Vegas to which PayPal used to run the search. PayPal found that the payment details provided by Dream Vegas were useless as they need the PayPal transaction id which every PayPal transaction has. I contacted Dream Vegas yet again asking the simple question of can they provide the PayPal Transaction id, to which they couldn't. I gave them proof from PayPal regarding this. Dream Vegas then sent more correspondence stating that their hands are tied and they are not going to help.

Hello Team, Just wanted to start off by saying you are doing God's work. I've read a few of your previous cases regarding Clients of 'Dream Vegas,' hope you can help with my situation before (if needed) I contact my lawyer for help/recommendations. My case, similar to the resounding majority revolves around the Welcome Bonus and the refusal to pay out upon requesting withdrawal. Please read in it’s entirety – I broke down some important math/snippets of chat logs and further proof/evidence showcasing my side. I would like to be candid with you/transparent and honest throughout. I read over the TOC's and noticed players were not allowed to spin for over $5. Fair enough, I never did (went through every single log). I did however, make a few bonus buys throughout the course of my roughly 10,000 needed spins to fulfill the 35x requirement of the deposit and bonus ($200 dep, $400 bonus). Few things here, I've tried a few online casinos over the years, when the bonus money is engaged and in use - OTHER CASINOS DO NOT LET YOU BUY BONUS BUYS IF IT IS AGAINST THEIR BONUS/WAGER REQUIREMENT CLAUSE. Sorry for the caps but this is always the case. Other casinos will literally give you an error message and reject the attempt. Why is Dream Vegas unclear about this in their terms and conditions - purposely misleading and allowing their customers to make this fatal error so they can swoop in and reject a future payout. It's barbaric, unethical, misleading, purposely ambiguous, disgusting and flat out wrong that a) they don't EXPLICITLY write no bonus buys allowed, that should be a condition point in itself or looped in with Section 8 - "The maximum bet allowed whilst the welcome bonus is in play is $5. Should you bet higher than this while the welcome bonus is in play, we reserve the right to confiscate all winnings.” Rules are meant to protect, not be ambiguous, misleading, confusing and outright wrong. If Dream Vegas wants to make a judgement call when someone wins too much money and reject payment without sufficient cause - they need to add this currently imaginary rule to the TOCs or protect the player and block the attempt of a player purchasing a bonus buy. This rule is not being enforced by them and I have proof of this later. Before moving to that, I said Dream Vegas above and not White Hat Gaming Limited. For example - playzee is a brand also managed by White Hat Gaming and they do not have this no bonus/no $5 above spin limit (nothing regarding this in their TOCs). <- do you see how these two things are very different. Essentially there are 2 rules Dream Vegas is asking clients of without clearly indicating both: no spin above $5 AND NO BONUS BUYS PERIOD. Min spin is usually 20 cents, some slots have 10 cent spins. A bonus buy on a 10 cent spin is... $10. These are two completely separate rules. It blows my mind and makes me sad in humanity that Dream Vegas tries to pull off this stunt when it's not clearly articulated in the slightest and they haven't provided justifiable/reasonable measures to ensure it doesn't happen. I would like to mention another casino named Hello Casino - also managed by White Hat Gaming. Hello Casino has a MAX deposit limit of $300 and they have this vague rule about the $5 spin as well. Why is this relevant? Well Dream Vegas has a max deposit limit of $2500 where you can still receive the 200% bonus. This totals $7500! I would like to break this down further. $7500 x 35 = $262,000. Somebody would have to bet 1/4 million to be able to meet wager requirements. No problem though, 200% is generous. There is a problem though... if this hypothetical person did a bonus buy on 20 cents ($20) they would lose out on a potential withdrawal if they magically made it to the end of the wagering requirements... think about how ridiculous this is and how flawed and made up these rules are. Do you know what it would take for this person to meet wager requirements at $5 a spin without bonus buys? $262,000 / $ 5 = 52,500 SPINS! That is a ridiculous mindblowing amount of spins. Here's the issue before I break down more of the math. Let's say this person was also confused about the vague/purposely incomplete rules and conditions and they did a 5k bonus buy right away. Lets say it flops and they do another 2.5k bonus buy right away... there is nothing preventing the player from doing this as Dream Vegas is purposely not preventing this so they can either collect the lost money from the flops or refuse payout if it his (win win for them and wrong wrong in reality). So if both the 5k and 2.5 flop the client lost their 2.5k as they were allowed to buy these (not using the word bet because it really isn't). Let's say it hits huge and they somehow gamble $262,000 without doing a spin over $5. Dream Vegas will refuse payout. One final thing before I revisit the math and it showcases how there are absolutely two rules here: Rule 1- client never does a bonus buy but does a $6 or above spin(bet) - they are ineligible to receive a withdrawal (TOCs protect them here) Rule 2- client never spins/bets more than $5 but purchases a bonus buy AT ANY AMOUNT - they are ALLEGEDLY AND WRONGLY REFUSED A WITHDRAWAL (This is simply not stated in the TOCs). I just proved these are 2 very different terms. Back to the math and thank you for reading all of this. So 52,500 spins is what it takes at the max spin amount of $5. Let's say im doing turbo spins on a drop

I was playing welcome bonus of Dream Vegas 5.2.2021. I made a deposit of 100 euros and got 100 euros bonus for the casino. I played Razor Shark and I got 2787 euros winning after wagering.The casino has asked the basic documents for account verification. I have sent those. I have even sent the official bank statement. And now the casino is asking the official bank statements of my other bank account?? How is that possible? I joined dreamvegas and made my first deposit for 200 euros and was given a bonus, from this i had a massive win on jammin jars for around 7200 Euros, i finished the wagering and cleared the bonus funds to cash withdrawal funds. At this point Dream Vegas removed the winnings and said deposits made with neteller are not eligible. Imagine my feeling and to lose 7200 euro because of Neteller. At first i was so emotional and confused but now I'm just so angry.  It is their responsibility to award or not to award me a bonus from how i deposited. tried so many times withdrawing from my cash balance at Dream Vegas thru "mastercard"same method I deposit before but always says my withdrawal transactions are not permitted always. First, I go to my bank, bank says no problem, I ask banking details and send to them through email a certificate/ letter to dream vegas with my bank account and hoping they could manually withdraw it and deposit to my account and yet no replies. Second, manually updating my bank account details in My Accounts section in casino account as an alternate payment method is asking for an IBAN, in my country Philippines banks are using Swift code and everytime I try to input it says invalid, system do not accept I chat with the support says they are not allowed to withdraw manually on my casino account, also the accounts team is not responding. Made an account on the 12th May and made 3 deps of 200, ending balance was 900 and i requested withdrawal, was told to send KYC docs and wait 48hours, after which i contacted support and was told my docs where denied without reason and my account had been locked, i resubmitted my docs through support and was told wait 72 hours, its now been over 2 weeks, have contacted them 5-6 times and each time told i would receive an email on the day but never did and my withdrawal has not been processed. I accumulated winnings of over $19000, which would be life changing in my current situation. However when I went to withdraw $500 (maximum weekly amount) I then received a gut wrenching email: Your account has been found to be in breach of clause 6 of the Promotional Terms associated with the welcome offer: Clause 6 - The maximum bet allowed while the Welcome Bonus is in play is NZD 5. Should You bet higher than this while the Welcome bonus is in play, the Casino reserves the right to confiscate all winnings. Therefore, your withdrawal has been cancelled, your winnings have been confiscated and your deposit of NZD 100 has been returned to your gaming account. Regards Accounts Team I went through my gaming history an have noticed at 5:39:02 03/3/2020 I placed a single bet of $6. I understand that this breached the terms of the promotion but to have all my winnings confiscated has shocked me. Almost all of those winnings came after the bonus account had reached $0 as well. I have a gambling problem I am homeless unemployed and have no id or proof I of address or proof of income. I spent every day on dream Vegas for 1 month with around 12 hours a day play time. I expressed how I couldn’t go the 48 hours without reversing a withdrawal but they wouldn’t help on 5 occasions and so all withdrawals were reversed yet they didn’t ask for ID from me even once. I won 60p off 5 free spins which I managed to turn into £500 when I went to withdraw I realised my card is no longer valid as that bank is closed down. So I went to log on in the morning to add my card for my current bank to find my account locked and saying please contact customer support. Upon speaking to customer support I was given no explanation as to why my accounts locked. Hi there, I had $4800 confiscated from Dream Vegas Casino as I had apparently bet more than the $5 maximum amount. I looked around the time they stated I was in breach and around that time a debit of $80 was made for Legacy of Ra, a blueprint game. I did not bet a single bet of $80 however. The game offers a "Bonus Bet" which allows you to buy into the bonus feature. The bet in the bonus feature was still, however, only $0.80. They get some documents to me for my widrawal process and after i pass to them all the requirements they told me that i cant wdraw my winnings because of betting higer. But before i bet higher amount i already win. And then they confiscate all my money and winnings in my account.
