Dream Vegas— player complaints: 23 in English

I will try to make this as short as I can. A couple of weeks ago I opened an account at Dream Vegas. I did a deposit of 1500 NOK, and I got a bonus of 3000 NOK. Even before the bonus money was touched, I started winning big. After some days I did withdrawals of 50.000 NOK. At this point, I still had 50.000 NOK left on my balance. I took screen shots at this point, clearly showing both 50.000 NOK out for withdrawal, and 50.000 NOK in my balance. In the same picture you can see "Bonus Balance: 0.00 NOK". That means that all wagering demands already is met, completed and done. The next 24 hours after this, I kept playing till my balance was at a total of 150.000 NOK. All this money is won fairly OUTSIDE the wagering/bonus money, completely separated from the welcome bonus. The next day I logged in to my account again, only to find out that Dream Vegas had swiped out 50.000 NOK pending for payout, along with 148.500 NOK from my balance! Over 20.000 euros. As you can imagine, I was shocked. They said that I had broken the rule of welcome bonus because I had played for over 50 NOK per bet. Fine, "confiscate" the 50.000 NOK pending for payout, but the rest is won fair without anything attached. Unfortunately for them, I have a lot of experience with casinos, and I know that it can be a problem to get your money if you win big. Therefore, I took a total of over 20 screen shots, showing balances, winnings, withdrawals, dates, everything from day one. Atleast 150.000 NOK of this money is won fairly, outside ANY rules of wagering, bet limits, etc. I will of course send you all the evidence upon request. Hopefully, you can help me claim my rightfully earned winnings back, so I don't have to take this process through the legal system. Thank you.

I registered I made a deposit makes at the welcome bonus played it lost it I then made a second deposit of $200 except the no bonus won over $300,000. Went to withdraw $30,000 was told I can only withdraw $5,000 so I set up $5,000 withdrawal went back to playing lost everything down to $6,000 an account plus the $5,000 withdrawal still pending then I won all the way back up to $170,000 log off like back on the next day they had confiscated the $5,000 withdrawal confiscated $270,000 give me my $200 deposit back and said I was in violation of rule 7 - VI which states you're only allowed to bet maximum of $5 on your welcome bonus so all my friends were confiscated cuz I was in violation of that rule even though it wasn't my welcome bonus I accepted the welcome bonus on my first deposit it was my second deposit that I won lost and won again. I'd also like to State for the record that that's really sneaky that they have a maximum of $5 allowed to be bad when accepting welcome bonuses but yet they don't have their games regulated to stop at $5 they still allow their players to bed upwards of whatever they want to bet just to take their money away if they do that's some serious BS there I just a reminder I want my money on my second deposit not my first I brought them several times to get no responses at all then they send me no then they sent me a repeat of the message they sent me on the 23rd stating that I was in violation again. Hello, my name is [EDIT]. I am writing regarding my issue with Dream Vegas Casino. I created an account in Dream Vegas, then I made my first deposit and I take my welcome bonus (200% first deposit bonus). I am playing in casinos for few years and I am perfectly aware about all terms and coditions as I have an accounts in the most popular world casinos. There was never any problems with funds withdrawal - but not with Dream Vegas casino. After I read all terms and conditions I start play with my bonus funds. I was perfectly aware that one bet can not be bigger than 5GBP. With bonus funds I was playing about 30h, several times I was contacting live chat just to be sure that everything is ok, and to double check how much wagering left. When bonus funds wagering was completed (29.09.2018) bonus funds was transfered to my „real” cash balance. The full balance of real cash was 2000GBP. For 1500 gbp I put withdraval request. With rest of the funds I was keep going play. I win more and I put a withdraval request for additional 500 GBP and 600GBP. I contact live chat with the question how long withdravals would take. I get an information that withdraval request will be approved in 48h. I decide to put time out on my account. Funds was in pending status. Yesterday (30.09.2018) I again contact live support regarding my winning. I get response that funds withdraval was approved and ready to go to my visa card. Today I get an email from Dream vegas casino that my winning was cancelled (please find the attachment). I was more that shocked, as I was perfectly aware about all rules how to play with bonus funds. Also there was no proof on amything just notice that my winnings was cancelled. I emailed them directly - but havent got any response. I contact live support again, and what I heard there was more than ridiculous! Please find the attachment where support is saying that my winning was cancelled because 1 of my spin bets was 100 GBP. In all 30h gambling my bet was never bigger than 2 GBP. As I was perfectly aware about all bonus wagering terms and conditions. I was sure that it is incorrect information and casino is lying to me. I remember when I was playing that slot as it gives for me a bonus, but my bet was all the time 1GBP. Today after chat with support I go to that slot to check what was the maximum bet on that slot, and the maximum bet was 10 gbp! So the casino was saying that they cancelling my winning because my bet was 100 GBP on slot where maximum bet is 10 gbp (please find the attachment). Also please be aware that I win bonus on that slot on 11:05 and on screenshot you can see that bet value was 1GBP. How casino can be so unresponsible.
