Coral— player complaints: 220 in English

Very poor customer service. You can never expect them to solve any real issues and they just pretend to be helpful. Not giving one star because there are some regular offers that I generally enjoy.

Their smart rewards promo requires you to wager £20 on at least 3 multiple days to collect keys in order to open a vault on sunday. The vault wouldn't open due to a fault on their end. No compensation to customers and the promo is still active to scam more people every week.Support ignores you when you contact them.

As usual free spins NOT working again . Take your money and the free stuff works sometimes

Coral betting shop Bucknell stoke on Trent is an absolute disgrace to the betting industry, the staff are so busy chatting and smoking outside it is a problem getting a bet on, having used betting shops for 50 odd years the behaviour of the staff at coral betting shop twig street beggars belief, their license to operate as an office course bookmaker's should be reviewed and there license should taken away and hopefully paddy power or Betfred could take the shop over! Kind regards Brian Aldridge

Rubbish site...i hope in short time to delete this site on.map to no exit anymore

Hi. Just to inform public how they pay sports bets and how they support customers. I have had a double live bet on 2 sport events. Bout of games was declared as a winners, but one of games had interruption because of rain. But in the end it was scored as a winner the team on what I bet was declared as a winner. What Coral did is it just payed me as a single bet and avoid the second leg. It is going against its own rules. I try to get some support from Coral live support but agents are not interested to support you and they delay to respond so you stay there and wait for what.. The official results are available at flashscore and all my games is settled as a winner but for them the rain is how they can use to scam? I believe if my team was losing they would score it as a lose. Today it is easy to check if you are right or not by AI tools and its say that I am right. How can they do this? They should get some penalty for doing things like this as this is fraud. I give them all details and still they try to tell me its ok and I am wrong when its not like that. If anyone think to use Coral for sports betting think twice! :)

They deserve every bad review £600 and not one bonus in site worst company ive ever played need shutting down disgrace

like foxy and gala and lads give some hope by giving extra dollars and coins redeem for very little tried tenner coral absolutely nothing back. Fake winners they post as I never win at all. Try bingo for some fun and as usual get nothing. Where the luck is i dont know but never deposit on these sites ever again. I have 5 a month but they set it to net limits so naturally im never ever going to win. I enjoy it but it is getting repetitive and chat banned so 🤷 😕 how some people win loads is a mystery as its not me that's for a fact.

Start winning and they close your account. Weeks of dispute and still refusing to return my funds. Asking for multiple bank statements, bills, proof of ID etc. Provided multiple documents and still not returning money. Absolute scammers.

They were nice then turned nasty. I accumulated 7000 coral coins, I wagered and lost on the slots ,each £10 wager I got 300 points. Then without notice they stole all my coins saying I had had enough bonuses. Thieves please stay clear.

Completed every requirement for a new customer to receive £50 in free bets. When I tried to use them they wouldn't work. Spoke to an agent online. She told me that their system applied an automatic block but she could remove it. She then said it meant that I could not receive the new customer offer but could receive any future offers. So I was conned/cheated out of the new customer offer. Despicable. AVOID CORAL ONLINE: IT IS CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND WILL NOT FULFILL THE ENTICING OFFER FOR NEW CUSTOMERS.

Doesn't matter what game you play hardly no bonus it eats your money not a good site at all needs to give out more bonus on games but u don't get nothing it's ashame use to be an ok site but it's definitely gone worse . If I'm honest I wouldn't even give you a 1 star sorry but that's my honest review on this site it gets very frustrating when there's nothing won't be putting my money back on here it's not even fun to play on especially when u not getting any bonus on Ur games got boring

What a joke 😄 more spending then winning ....bonuses? Haha good luck and if yes no more than few pennies AVOID AVOID AVOID

Why have they still got a 1.2 rating when all of the reviews are negative it is bull they are still scamming people yet trustpilot still giving them the wrong rating... when it all comes out that these sites have been found to have scammed people it wont look good on trustpilot for still giving the wrong and false info.

Oo look lost again same outcome every time do no use this site it is w@nk

Disgusting of a casino, just a massive scam, deadspin after deadspin. They suspend the games for no reason so you can't cash out. App slow like its been developed 100 years ago. Its all just a big scam, worse bookie. Avoid

No idea why I got limited. I like playing the free games to win coral coins. Accumulated 7000 coins to find today they stole them all off me. No reason given. I do not recommend using CORAL. A few months ago I entered a competition for racing tickets and won, they were friendly then. Now it is like you are not welcome on the site anymore. I lost on slots on there as well. My monthly profit was showing a loss each month. Very strangely run company.

Absolute scammers. 2 of my paid for bets, completely disappeared. No sign of them on the settled bets, no refund, no reason or anything (games hadn't even played yet), just like they were never placed. Same thing happened to a relative on the same day...won't be using this site or the sister site ladbrokes again, not even to play free games. Plenty of other sites to visit.

DO NOT USE THIS APP TO PLAY ONLINE. WORST APP OUT THERE. BONUSES PAY RUBBISH LOADED SO MUCH HAVENT GOT ANY GOOD WINS. SCAMMM!!!! SCAMMM!!!!DO NOT PLAY THEY ARE FRAUDDDD

Don't play their games are run on algorithm so the payouts are few and far between , roulette is the worst for this the dealers start the ball in the same position most times so you only hit a small selection of numbers , complete scam
