Bovada— player complaints: 341 in English

I had nothing but problems with the website all last weekend. I couldn't place bet or load anymore money. Even though I did hit a single ticket I believe I would've won more if was able to load more money. I have been given any compensation for my troubles either!

Play and all it takes is 1 lucky hit and you will have life changing results.

fuggin terrible..won money..impossible to take it out..wont be back

The biggest scam sports book, plenty of other options to play on that won’t scam you. Customer service doesn’t care if their website glitches out & robs you. Rewards program is the biggest joke with the play though bonuses that are unattainable. PLAY ELSEWHERE!!!

The site was performing terribly. Nothing would load and it had a huge outage. But i’m giving 4 stars because i absolutely love quick withdraws. If you’re wondering what can be done to make me put 5 stars here it is- Site not loading or performing well is obvious but i understand stuff like that happens so thats not why its mainly the live chat. Bovadas live chat experience is very poor and unstable. I think there needs to be a live chat option at the bottom and it needs to be more stable i can’t go to a different app or else i’ll lose connection with the agent and when agents take 5 minutes to respond to a question it’s hard to just sit there and wait. I encourage you guys to look at betwhales live chat. There website is not good at all so don’t take anything else from them but the live chat is actually very good.

The connectivity issues have been ongoing for sometime now. It has cost me potential winnings. I've had live bets reversed after getting paid, but if I click to bet live and the line changes, I'm offered no discourse or reimbursement. I'm in the process of finding another book because frankly I've had enough of the nonsense at Bovada. Just a few minutes ago I was trying to place a parlay wager on 2 MMA fights and one of the fights is not even available yet you have most of the fight card listed and every other book has it listed. It's just time for me to move on.

I really enjoy not having to leave my home to place a bet locally, that's all made possible by BOVADO. Having my winnings available after a win and not having to wait til the next day is really convenient.

Overall, the site is decent. But almost no good promotions and too many fee's. Even to just deposit money, they charge. I'll play elsewhere.

I’ve been using Bovada since 2016 and I love how far it’s come! The parlays and SGPs are so easy to use now! I always withdraw with crypto and it’s always fast and easy

Customer service is unreliable because there really is NO direct contact. I have bet that's graded wrong - who do i contact for support? The site is currently down for the past two hours and Bovada does a poor job communicating to it's users. Giving Bovada 3 stars because it has good withdrawal options and a variety of bets; but other than that, it's hard to discern whether or not they can fully be trusted.

Best on line casino, fun games and you don’t have to beg, hope and wait when you cash out, like many others.

Really enjoy my downtown relaxtion playing on the app. Sometimes the money put in which could win more. Could improved with when you win so many free spins that the app dont catch a glitch all of a sudden then your spins are gone and you can't get them back. Kinda sucks could have been that winning streak time. Really dont rember date and time but it was a couple of months ago..Overall I enjoy it!!

I have played aland been a member of almost all of the notable gaming platforms and Bovada is my favorite and go to. Account verification is instant, they have multiple ways to deposit and withdraw with crypto withdrawals being insanely fast and Bitcoin lightning withdrawals being instant. They have a great loyalty program that offers cash back and points that can be redeemed for free games or free credit. The only place they could improve in my opinion is in regards to current member deposit bonuses. They offer some but there is not many options, the bonuses they do offer for current members have some of the lowest playthrough requirements in the industry which is a nice perk, and honestly I usually choose to having no bonus on a deposit because it means no playthrough which is what I actually prefer. Just to be clear They do have a great new member sign up bonus though. Their customer service is top notch and works extremely quick to resolve any issue. The last thing I want to say is this is not just a online gaming platform it's so much more. They offer a sportsbook, racebook, parlays, futures, live dealers, plus your usual gaming options. Simply put Bovada is my #1 and go to choice, and I've only had positive experiences.

Very legit and winnings are real. The casino slots are very fun. Highly recommend.

I like Bovada. I have always had a favorable experience withdrawing. I don’t ever have any difficulty. I enjoy the variety and availability of all the Live games.

First time ever completing a bonus playthrough literally on my first try first deposit played for hours enjoying myself. I love this site and highly recommend others to try this site out!

They seem to not give a shit about the players I'm trying to update my information and I keep getting the run around and I do believe it has something to do with paying me the $1,000 I won

Prevent you from access to site when you have an opportunity to win get ahead. I just deposited without a problem and just as soon as I went to bet on the 49ers, they zapped my account again, and the website is suddenly unavailable and unfindable. The 49ers came from behind right after that. They know my betting habits and the teams i go for. I’m sure they can use ai to get your info. Then all of a sudden, they block your access when they know you’re gonna bet and win.Shit site with no reliability at all

Jackpots are real here! I've played all the sites and at first was skeptical here at Bovada , but the cuztomer service is fantastic . I've wom several jackpots but this one wasLifeChanging!! Jett my personal host is the best !

I have posted several reviews on my experience with bovada. They do respond back either by having the review flagged and removed because of defamatory content only for it to be reviewed and no defamatory content is found and the review is then unflagged and reposted. I speak the truth of the way bovada did me wrong I would not place false accusations on line. And if the mistake had of happened due to fault of my own i would own it and accept it.but I didn't and I won't. Bovada claims they did not recieve the 1883.00 I attempted to withdraw on march 5th. But it clearly shows it . Bovada keeps replying to my review stating they would like more info and they would like to help me resolve the issue but when I do get in touch with any one they are rude and very argumentative and try to convince me it was my error and its done they have not taken responsibility of this matter nor have they offered any form of action to correct this matter all the documents I have all clearly show where my 1883.00 went and who controls the wallet the crypto went to but bovada continuously denies it
