Disheartened
Been a player on here for 5 years… showed the upmost loyalty to these people and I’m starting to really understand why most customer dislike them. System glitched out during a live game and made me wager an incorrect amount, totally fine I know how to get these situations resolved normally until today where I’m being met by a brick wall and being told courtesy refunds aren’t a thing and sports settled. Bonuses aren’t a thing which are too complete lies because if they weren’t a thing, then how would a player even know the exact definitions of what these things are and then be granted to me in the past if they weren’t real things. Bovada you seriously need to stop with the AI chat agents before supervisors because all they do is just argue and give the same robotic responses, I need a supervisor, please to contact me so I can dispute a wager, specifically for live bets you are allowed 10 minutes to dispute or cancel or get a refund on a wager if an error has occurred based on the rules and based on experiences, I contacted within four minutes and was completely shut down by a dude named Christian and another guy named Abel. It’s all documented. I would love a resolution on this and a refund for my troubles.
